| ACCOMMODATION POLICY |
- Hotel price are inclusive of buffet breakfast and VAT.
- To secure hotel accommodation, a non-refundable one night room deposit is required.
- Balance of hotel accommodation payment must be settled by 1 October, 2007 the latest via congress website only.
- Deadline for hotel reservation is 1 October, 2007 via congress website only . Participants are advised to make early reservation as first come first served basis is applied.
- Cancellation before 1 September 2007, 50% of registration fee will be deducted. Thereafter, no refund will be possible.
